Having utterly failed to think the hardware support issue through I just bought a cheap one - with an nForce2 Ultra chipset (it's the Shuttle SN45G system). A quick trawl suggest that, as yet, -CURRENT doesn't yet support the network chipset, though somebody has/had work in progress (as of October 2003). Does anybody know what the state of play is? I can drop a spare PCI network card in, but it'll require a little rework as I'm currently running a multi-port serial card out of it and the box only has one PCI slot :) TIA -- Rob MacGregor (BOFH) [PGP key ID 0x1E51BF5A] If I cannot bend Heaven, I shall move Hell. -- Publius Vergilius Maro (Virgil).
