My patches do not include any US export controlled code. However the main SKIP release does. Recently, by the way, a US district judge ruled the US government's export control rules regarding encryption invalid. However, the US government and its enforcement agencies have chosen to ignore the ruling. -- Brian Litzinger brian@mpress.com
