Users of FreeBSD < 4.7 should no longer be seeing the Error 1 when
trying to install ports.  Instead, the sysutils/pkg_install port should
be automatically installed during the BUILD_DEPENDS phase of the first
new port built.  If you still encounter these errors, send me the
following:

1. ls -al /var/db/pkg (or whatever PKG_DBDIR is set to)
2. The user with which you build ports
