Actually the LILO wouldnt install. Things have undoubtedly changed, but, my first use of FreeBSD was about 2.5 years ago. I had been trying to install the Caldera preview with no success. Decided to give FreeBSD a try and had an install over the net going within ten minutes. Had a working system in a half hour. Haven't looked back.
