 mk/bsd.doc.mk seems to have the same bug as boggle/Makefile (RIP).
 index.so is in ${OBJS}, but the apparent dependency of ${DFILE} on
 ${OBJS} doesn't work, at least with -j, because `::' is (ab)used.
