http://www.personaltelco.net/index.cgi/Prism2Card and maybe you will 
find something in your local store. I am using Z-COM XI-626 myself ( 
IMHO this card is just PCMCIA version "welded" on PCI board :-) ) costs 
about 50$ and works well.
