Found a key detail: it happens only when working on tracks recorded with
different operating systems and copied on FreeBSD file system. Probably is a
problem of file ownership.
I recorded the original tracks in a music studio, with a Windows 10 pc, and
copied them to an usb key to work on later at home on my FreeBSD workstatio=
n.
I don't know if this has to be considered a "bug".
