Which protocol stack do you mean by 'native' uucp? If you are thinking of V.110/V.120: no. If you have control over both sides, or the remote side already offers raw ISDN access to a tty port running uucico, you could try using the raw b channel (rbch) driver. I guess the real small benefit from slightly less protocol overhead will not be worth the trouble.
