I'd suggest that you rename the file so it has the file
extension ".iso". Most CD-R programs should recognize
that extension.
Some programs also require you to enter the format data
of the CD image -- in that case you should enter the
format as being CD-ROM data mode 1, with 2048 bytes per
sector.
