Hi Patrick,

Not sure which version you're running, linux_libs-2.6 seems to have
both versions of the libraries.   If yours is older (probably 2.4)
then you need to update your system.

I'd recommend a wholesale upgrade to 3.1-STABLE (system and ports)
to gain the advantage of some new Linux compatibility features and
other fixes.
