xsel.diff

Most Linux distributions provide a xsel package which we package
as xsel-conrad [1]. The different package name between systems.
is a big POLA violation. xsel-conrad has a lot more features, is
more popular, and kind of expected to _be_ xsel at this point in time.

I propose that we either deprecate and remove this port in favor
of xsel-conrad which we can then rename to xsel.

Or rename this port to x11/xsel-legacy to avoid future confusion.
