You have to use BINDIR and LIBDIR to modify the target directories. Would "PREFIX-ing" bsd.prog.mk be a good idea? I can already see a way to do it. prog.mk uses bsd.own.mk to set various directories (eg. LIBDIR), so it shouldn't be too hard to hack this. I just can't figure out where BINDIR is defined!!
