SVN patch for games/heretic against svn:ports/head

This port has been marked as BROKEN because of the distfiles being unfetchable.
Looking into it further revealed that the source, linuxgames.com, is now dead
[1] and will likely not return to its previous incarnation.

I am attaching a patch that removes the BROKEN flag, resets MASTER_SITES to a
mirror of the distfiles that I put up, and removes the WWW: entry from
pkg-descr. The latter of these three seemed appropriate given that I don't
believe the site will be coming back, and I don't personally know of a decent
replacement for this.
