I'm getting the following error when attempting to build
/usr/ports/mail/razor-agents
mx4# make

Where lines 36-38 read:
.if ${PERL_LEVEL} < 580000

${LOCALBASE}/lib/perl5/site_perl/${PERL_VER}/Test/More.pm:${PORTSDIR}/devel/
p5-Test-Simple
.endif
No luck searching the questions or ports mailing lists.
The system information:
