At http://people.FreeBSD.org/~roam/doc/fbsdmail/ there is a set of patches (individual .patch files and a big bad jumbo.patch.gz) to the articles and books, converting most instances of committer or list e-mail addresses (sometimes with explanatory text and/or names, too) to SGML entities. Any reason this should not be committed?
