Good day! Here's my system: 4.8-RELEASE FreeBSD 4.8-RELEASE #0: Thu Apr 3 10:53:38 GMT 2003 root@freebsd-stable.sentex.ca:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC i386 Here's my GCC gcc version 2.95.4 20020320 [FreeBSD] Here's what I did: 1. Download 4.11 miinst.iso 2. Install the sources 3. cd to /usr/src 4.
