libwraster is a shared library built by Window Maker. IIRC it requires a
bunch of other graphical libraries (such as png, jpeg, etc) in order to
compile correctly. The Makefile should have dependencies towards these
files IMHO. Don't know if this is the case at the moment though since I
hardly use ports.
