Isn't this what SOCKS is for?

I could be wrong, but try to look in the ports collection for SOCKS
software and else look on www.freshmeat.net to look at diverse projects.
Try to find the homepages and read them carefully.

And if you found a great product which we don't have in our ports tree
you are always welcome to make your own port or alert ports@freebsd.org
about this great package and let us know of any tweaking you need to do
to get it to work.
