PS: It dies with signal 11 when there is only one workspace configured. I=20 configured two, now it works .... so there are two problems with the port: 1. configure gettext detection fails (it is detected with a conftest.cc=20 script, maybe a g++-problem): checking for gettext... no checking for gettext in -lintl... no configure: error: NLS (national language support) has been requested but *** the 'gettext' function neither has been found in your C runtime library *** nor in an external library called 'libintl'. *** *** Install your vendor's version of libintl or get GNU gettext available *** from ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/gettext/. *** *** Alternatively you could call configure with the --disable-nls switch. 2. it compiles with --disable-nls or with deleted gettext detection code,=20 produces a lot of warnings and the compiled binary dies with signal 11. if only one wokrspace is configured. =2D-=20 Mit freundlichen Gr=FC=DFen =46ritz Heinrichmeyer FernUniversitaet, LG ES, 58084 Hagen (Germany) tel:+49 2331/987-1166 fax:987-355 http://www-es.fernuni-hagen.de/~jfh
