Dear FreeBSD, I am using FreeBSD 30 and want to move to FreeBSD 3.1 just to keep up to speed. I purchased CD-ROM set for 3.1. Question: What is the status of LKM subsystem. It looks, that in 3.1 it is not supported. I see that kernel is already of the ELF format but lkm modulas gets built as a.out modules. And I can't find standard lkm modules like kernfs_mod.o in distribution. Do I miss something? What are the plans ? I could not find clear answer on you web site. -- Vladas Chiaoudkoulis, PhD, Sr. Programmer. EMASS, Inc. 10949 E.Peakview Ave. Englewood, CO, 80111 Phone: 303-705-3718, Fax: 303-792-2465.
