I have the K6/2-300 on a FIC motherboard and it works great -- fast, stable, and the cpu never even gets warm. I'm using a 100MHz bus clock and a 64M DIMM. I tried over-clocking it but it failed doing a make world; I think my memory isn't certified PC-100 RAM. I'm quite happy with it, especially for the price.
