Bumping PORTREVISION for localisation ports and meta ports makes absolutely no sense, they don't install binaries at all. Moreover, in this particular case bumping was not necessary for any of KDE4 ports, except for deskutils/strigi. Yes, you can't find out that from INDEX or Makefiles, but maintainers do know their ports!
