You did not mentionned how old is tha machine? But if you get the problem only when it is working hard, and in hot weather, temperature could be the problem. A dead CPU fan. What is the load on the machine when you are not doing virus scan? Finally, if you cannot access the machine, and if it is an hardware problem, what will you do? :) Best regards, Olivier
