This is more than perfect, but you won't get 75 Hz ni with that monitor.
With 35.5 kHz you will get at most 46 Hz ni.

You'll need a monitor with an upper limit for HorizSync of 60 kHz.
What kind of monitor do you use.
What do its specifications say ?

You'll need s.th. around 80 MHz.
