argh! John dammit...

that will wipe his ports tree afaik, what is most important
is the file should be changed to:

---

*default base=/usr/local/etc/cvsup
*default host=cvsup.se.FreeBSD.org
*default base=/usr
*default prefix=/usr
*default release=cvs tag=RELENG_3
*default delete use-rel-suffix
src-all
*default tag=.
ports-all

---

without the second 'tag' line there's a good chance his
/usr/ports will be wiped out as there is no tag 'RELENG_3' 
in the ports cvs repo.

I know you're trying to be helpful, just also remeber to be
careful. :)
