Kent is selling the "Wireless LAN Entry", which has some specs at: http://www.networking.ibm.com/wireles/wdprods/jb.htm (look half-way down page, left-hand column). Dredging up old memories, the IBM "Wireless LAN Entry" model wasn't even compatible with the IBM "Wireless LAN" model, even though the two products were rolled out together. The "Entry" was meant as the cheapest possible wireless solution at the time. You'll note the "Entry" model only has 350Kbps throughput and a 1200ft cell diameter. regards, Ken Key -- Ken Key (key@Network-Alchemy.com) Network Alchemy, Santa Cruz, CA To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-mobile" in the body of the message
