At the time I started writing this email, several qt5-* and kf5-*s are stuck at the same time.
In this situation, until the middle of 12.x-STABLE, I think that while the packages read by one job were still in the disk cache in memory, other jobs would quickly read them again and be done in a short period of time.
In 12.4-STABLE, the HDD access LED seems to light up as if the recently used package is also going to read to disk again.

But maybe this is just a matter of my feelings. :)
