(well actually some idiot walking into the room and pulling the terminator off my test run of thinnet and staring at it) I thought ask the list whether anyone had any religious objections to me adding an option to ping(8) so that it emitted a bell character on every packet reciept. Something like '-a': audible tone for pings. I haven't been keeping current the last few months so I apologize if anyone has already made the change. If there aren't any major objections, if someone could tell me where to mail a patch (And the format they'd prefer), I'll make one up against -current this weekend.
