My 2.2.1 system has quit accumulating user time.  I had encountered this
previously and filed a bug report, but no one could reproduce it.  My system
is currently in this state, can anyone suggest any information to gather for
a bug report before I reboot the thing?  I am not very up on the x86 CPU
architecture, so I can't really do much to debug it .
