Turbo Basic. Written from scratch in-house by Bob Zale.

Borland Pascal and Delphi. Written from scratch by Anders Hejlsberg, based on 
Hejlsberg's Poly Pascal.

Their marketing and strategy may be terrible, but they've had some good
technical people there over the years.
