Thanks for the report.  You are actually on the 'old' docs site-- the 
new one is here:

https://docs.freebsd.org/en/articles/contributing/

Sorry for the confusion.  I'm not sure what's happening with the old 
ones currently, but this shouldn't be an issue for very long.
