I've been staring at this patch some more and it occurs to me that it
breaks rc.diskless1 in all cases. I've attached a new patch that moves
rc.diskless1 to before the sourcing of /etc/defaults/rc.conf. It also
changes the rc.conf variable to rc_ng.
