It converts DocBook into troff, and then formats with troff. I've had the devil's own job getting this stuff working, as indeed have O'Reilly. It contains as good as no documentation, and I still need to contact O'Reilly to see how it works. In the meantime, though, you may be interested in taking a look. If you can explain to me how to use it, I'll be grateful.
