Hi to all who are/were interested.
I figured this out.
This card requires that "ChipID 0x4755" be added to the XF86Config
file under the "Device configured by xf86Config" section.
I had omitted the "0x" portion of the chip identifier number.

Add your ISPs nameserver to /etc/resolv.conf
See man resolv.conf for details
Unix systems measure "uptime" in years, Winblows measures it in minutes.
