hello all, i've been running freebsd v2.2.2 uneventfully for a few months now. the install and ppp setup went by the book and i've had no problems till about two weeks ago. i'm pretty sure i haven't changed anything, it just stopped working (i know, they all say that!). anyway, what happens now is i can dail in, i can telnet and http to my isp but not any further. i can ping remote hosts if that makes a difference? is there any tracing, diagnostics etc i can/should turn on? here's some condensed info from ppp that i got obtained (of course i don't know what it looked like while it was working because it didn't matter then!) show ipcp: his side: "his-side-ip" my side: "my-side-ip" show route: default "his-side-ip" 127.0.0.1 127.0.0.1 "any-outside-ip" "his-side-ip" "name-server-ip" "his-side-ip" "his-side-ip" "my-side-ip" any tips please? thanx heaps, siegfried.
