I have a Libretto 110CT and 3C589ET lan card. If notebook boots without any card, it cannot recognize any card when i insert a card into slot later. Should i insert cards, which i want to use later, into slot when boot? Huh, if then, i can use only two pccards after one boot. And i boot with card inserted, it recognize card. But commands in /etc/pccard.conf like insert echo Card inserted insert pccard_ether ep0 remove echo Card removed remove ifconfig ep0 delete are not executed after removal and reinsertion. By the way, strangely, insert commands execute only at boot time. System hangs when i remove recognized card and reinsert the same card and when resume. Only way to use lan card is 'BOOT W/ CARD INSERTED, THEN NEVER REMOVE IT NOR HIBERNATE NOTE' What's going on inside my note?
