Standard update sequence (i.e., rm -rf /usr/obj/* buildworld, buildkernel, installkernel, installworld, mergemaster) yields KLD linprocfs.ko: depends on linux - not available linprocfs: vfsload(linprocfs): Exec format error Mounting /etc/fstab filesystems failed, startup aborted Enter full pathname of shell or RETURN for /bin/sh /boot/loader.conf contains linux_load="YES" kldstat at the single user prompt shows that the linux.ko module was loaded.
