The event_rpcgen.py installed by libevent works fine with python 3, see the
upstream commit
https://github.com/libevent/libevent/commit/8b0aa7b36a3250fad4953f194c8a94a=
b25032583.

Please fix USES:

-USES=3D          autoreconf libtool pathfix pkgconfig python:2.7,env sheba=
ngfix
+USES=3D          autoreconf libtool pathfix pkgconfig python:env shebangfix
