1) From the 'Function' menu choose 'Distfiles'
2) When it is completes you will have a list of 'Current', 'Stale',
   and 'Missing' distfiles.
3) Turn off 'Current' and 'Missing'.
4) Click the 'Tag' button.
5) Click the 'Delete' button.
6) Watch all the crufty distfiles disappear.

You'll have to set the 'Really delete files' Action option on
in the options screen for it to actually delete anything in
step 6.
