-------- Hello! I upgraded last week my Dual PPro Tyan Titan Pro S1668 board to FreeBSD-2.2.7 and now get reboots with a 'panic: page fault' message. Most of them I can't reproduce, but with trying perfectBACKUP from http://www.unisrc.com/PerfectBACKUP.htm I have a user-level candidate, which works well until the end of the backup, then the kernel panics. The support team support@unisrc.com said, that they've heard about similar problem in the VM system of BSDI. Any suggestions, ideas? Thanks and regards Lars PS: I will try it the next week onto a 3.0-current system! -- E-Mail: | Lars Köller Lars.Koeller@Uni-Bielefeld.DE | UNIX Sysadmin lkoeller@cc.FH-Lippe.DE | Computing Center PGP-key: | University of Bielefeld http://www.nic.surfnet.nl/pgp/pks-toplev.html | Germany ----------- FreeBSD, what else? ---- http://www.freebsd.org ------------- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
