(the other files from the dump are there as well) This was a guest OS in Virtualbox running 4.3.12 on a FreeBSD platform. (I have about 12 VMs and see various zfs panics on each and have been trying to determine the cause, GuestOS, Vbox, HostOS - or all three doing their little bit and just making everything worse together.)
