In fact, it's not that Linux-centric. It has the same dependencies than the Radeon driver, so everything is in place to make it work. One problem is the files layout: files are spread in subdfirectories with many files having the same name (where i915 and Radeon drivers put all files in a single top directory). The FreeBSD build system is not designed for this case and it will require some work. But other than that, porting Nouveau just requires time "only" :) And Nouveau developers are very nice and would be very happy to see the driver be ported to FreeBSD. --=20 Jean-S=C3=A9bastien P=C3=A9dron --nCTSS2ePUw0SxeI5sWXOmdBGgere03Cqw Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" Content-Description: OpenPGP digital signature Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="signature.asc" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2 iQJ8BAEBCgBmBQJU5PrUXxSAAAAAAC4AKGlzc3Vlci1mcHJAbm90YXRpb25zLm9w ZW5wZ3AuZmlmdGhob3JzZW1hbi5uZXQ2NzA4N0ZEMUFFQUUwRTEyREJDNkE2RjAz OUU5OTc2MUE1RkQ5NENDAAoJEDnpl2Gl/ZTMDxEP+wSGsYQLnIzsXt2cYotffF2G r/nAwp7tiwNsokxcJo4leTW4HV+OkLJdSaM6ggwGPr42ohGPXBHSb1h16vef8tsy q1qT2ts5U3DVjUBdfJg2MBuKd2GnzmYAK24TC08J3pWUVlVLYjonmKROR2LHSx3i sLmvFH9R2GKdnu/JCGoS9i8m2majN3R0CsMdKwgmL/G4InVYIgFr19UmGUEMSkSg 9anBaPGvQK61vUez8sCZM+HXB5pz8YhcPxY120L6a0Yj8GjO1hAEyagLLLFku5Vw SiqRbWAM96JqtUuMUV5yK+luCUdL7rc3j3tUP4P0P7PPjn6l7oWQQHPqbjK++KK0 Wn88NvuOHnxQR3DOMYbLUbmZexEpklSCeO4oiipNyYyY/2uzEDUQ39V3yEe7BZuz SFp3B1pDMRRBDHl41bLrU894cn4iD8Wvkx1aW7DBGaGUIumm/oGo0SO7+ZcWnrkA GcOkgqiHPLoNP8nWOMfmf++XgPnJ5wZBWh9dUGUCQKDchN4XzTqY5+JVq+O8aXCX QPvwaN3J0pr7MoLdCMBSMVjEk81CT4/7aS8XtTqmsg8XPySgVVpDrdjt+LH3qWkw XjxibUDHB5UwJOEKboFtKoa0rzC9A0o/IhxZsJq3Yx1JpkAJV0OtzRxpbDQEz3I4 8F30WbGVlY9ro/6RcT0Q =jdsC -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --nCTSS2ePUw0SxeI5sWXOmdBGgere03Cqw--
