I decided to install FreeBSD, since it appears to be the only free OS that can INSTALL over the serial port. That part went all well. When I reboot this system, it reports the boot messages to the serial-connected console. However, after the boot messages, there's no login prompt on the serial-console. Why can I not login over the serial port after the boot? Can someone give me a clue what sort of things I may overlook? Thanks, Rob.
