It's probably 0x056c10de aka MCP73 for the DVD-Drive, the Satacontroller 
seems to be 0x07f8. I can't find it in those files, so it seems to be 
unspported right now.

I don't know it it is enough to just add the devices and built an 
installation-disc- but it's worth a try.
