It is currently also unfetchable from any of the Sourceforge master sites, and is only available from the cached copy in the local FreeBSD distfiles archive. Additionally, since most of the MIDI functionality it requires is still currently lacking in FreeBSD, I suggest we go ahead and remove it from the ports collection.
