And the config files.

Seriously, check out /usr/src/UPDATING for really big highlights; check the 
release notes for more details.

But it's mostly kernel changes & all the applications getting newer, too.
As befits a point release no enormous changes in the structure went in.

Softupdates and disk layout optimization seem like the bigees to me.
