This reflects a limitation in your BIOS; it's limited to reporting (incorrectly) 16 MB in CMOS RAM. You can "hardcode" the amount of memory you have in the kernel by using the `MAXMEM' option; see LINT for details. IIRC, you'll want options MAXMEM="(96*1024)" for a 96-MB machine.
