I hate to point out the obvious, but generally, folks, CPUs are rated for given clock speeds for a reason. If you're having strange software problems, the first thing to do is stop overclocking. If you can't reproduce the problem when running at the appropriate, rated clockspeed, then you know what your problem most likely is.
