Well, now let's take a look at the net/ subdirectory.  This one is
even bigger than utils/, however the majority seems to belong to the
world-wide information sharing paradigm, chiefly www.  The COMMENT

According to these, I propose the following three new categories.

 infosystems:
  cern_httpd cern_linemode chimera gn gopher lynx tkWWW wais wwwish xgopher

 irc:
  irc ircII zircon

 muds:
  dgd dgd-lpmud pmf tintin++

The following should be left in net for now:

 archie fspclient gated imm ivs mirror moxftp ncftp2 nv pcnfsd samba
 scotty sup tclDP tkined vic wu-ftpd xarchie yale-tftpd ytalk

And these should be moved to existing (or already agreed upon during
the "utils" discussion) categories.
