This is a port of `C Interfaces and Implementations' by David Hanson.
CII is a collection of ADTs or a library (libcii.a).  Current version
is 1.1; the library interface is compatible for 1.x versions.
The port is placed in incoming as cii.port.tar.gz

DESCR:
This hierarchy contains all the source code from my book
"C Interfaces and Implementations: Techniques for Creating Reusable
Software (Addison-Wesley Professional Computing Series, 1997,
ISBN 0-201-49841-3).
